What We Do
After meeting numerous clients who became overwhelmed with the vast choice of designs and glass, R. G. Croudace Glass decided to deliver an easy way to choose and order the perfect stained glass for anywhere in your home. Set to launch soon, this new approach means customers can simply select any design, choose your favourite glass, provide dimensions and a bespoke quote is provided. Customers control the design process and so too the overall cost.Full-size drawings and glass samples can also be ordered to see your design at home before construction starts. Your new stained glass can be installed by us or delivered to self-install with our clear step-by-step instructions.

Working with stained glass is endlessly fascinating with the people we meet and the design and construction challenges they present; no two contexts are ever the same. Delivering great customer service provides excellent and enthusiastic support from now loyal customers. A favourite example was being tasked with repairing and resizing eleven beautiful floral stained glass panels original to a house being extended with a new room. Both the home owners and the planning authority wanted to keep these unique pieces as original as possible. After some work, a fantastic discovery was the original maker's hand writing scribed onto some of the panels. Taking the decision to retain this authenticity made a significant and meaningful difference to the customer's experience, knowing these historical details were found, revived and shared. It was a great challenge with so much learned to achieve and satisfy a wide range of people. It is extremely satisfying hearing from clients months later that they love the stained glass in their homes and have developed a keen appreciation in the craft too. The Year Ahead
R. G. Croudace Glass is set for an ambitious and busy year ahead with several exciting events lined up to launch products and services to market. The summer arrives with an inaugural five day creative stained glass and warm glass workshop delivered in partnership with Kent Adult Education in Broadstairs with guest tutor Keira Mclean of Gestalt Glass in Glasgow.
Next is the launch of official merchandise for the international Broadstairs Folk Week in Kent featuring beautiful colouful glass with the great image of the festival’s renowned hooden horse!
